The board of the Governors Office of Economic Development approved a financial-incentive package for a joint venture between Morgan Stanley and Citigroup to expand a customer-support center in South Jordan. Morgan Stanley Smith Barney will receive an $89,000 tax credit that will create 80 new full-time jobs. Most will be created within 12 to 18 months. The joint venture currently employs 317 at the Jordan Valley Tech Center. Salt Lake Tribune
