A ground-breaking ceremony signaled the start of construction on a new $226 million U.S. District courthouse in downtown Salt Lake City. The courthouse is expected to be completed in 2014. Tenants at the new courthouse include the U.S. District Court, probation and pretrial services office, and the U.S. Marshals Service. The Moss Courthouse will house the bankruptcy judges, the U.S. Attorney’s Office and U.S. Trustee. Salt Lake Tribune
