"The first wave of hiring in Salt Lake City will be a client that is in the health insurance industry," said Alicia Laszewski, vice president of communications. "We're looking for folks who are already licensed health insurance agents or who are interested in obtaining their license. We would pay for their training and licensing."
The center also will be hiring managers and support staff. However, just because the first round of hiring is for health-insurance-related work does not mean that 3C/CustomerContactChannels will be limited to that kind of work at its new center at 5215 Wiley Post Way.
