Utah’s third Corner Bakery Cafe is scheduled to open in Draper on April 2. The restaurant will be located at 264 E 12300 S. It will be owned and operated by Ron Bagley, president of Cornerstone Foods, and partner Russ Wilcox.
They previously opened Corner Bakery locations at 610 S. Foothill Blvd. in Salt Lake City and at the Fashion Place mall in Murray at 6227 S. State. Bagley and Wilcox have signed an agreement to open eight Corner Bakery stores in Utah by the end of 2014.
