Ann Taylor will open a store in the soon-to-be-completed City Creek Center in downtown Salt Lake City. The women’s apparel chain joins upscale specialty retailers such as Tiffany & Co., Coach and Michael Kors that will open in the mall, which is set to debut March 22. Salt Lake Tribune
