Another apartment complex in store for Layton

The Layton City Council granted preliminary plat approval to Villas on Main. The new, 120-unit apartment complex will be located at 1450 N. Main St. Before construction crews can begin, Castle Creek Homes, the project's developer, needs to get final approval from the planning commission and city council. City officials say that process could take up to a month. Villas on Main is the third apartment complex in the works to get this far in the process in 2011. Ogden Standard-Examiner
