County to loan Holladay money for hotel project
A divided Salt Lake County Council approved a $450,000 loan to the east-side city for flood-control work vital to the development of what is known as Canyon Slopes Square. The project at 6351 S. 3000 East is envisioned to include a 121-room hotel and restaurants, generating an estimated $250,000 annually in new tax revenue for the county. Salt Lake Tribune
