148 solar panels installed on roof of Utah museum

A new science and technology museum in downtown Salt Lake City is getting a jolt of solar power. Rocky Mountain Power has installed 148 solar panels on the roof of The Leonardo museum. When activated, an electronic dashboard showing power generation will be on display in the museum. The panels were funded by a grant from the utility through its Blue Sky renewable energy program.
