WVC hotel breaking ground

The first full-service hotel in West Valley City will soon be rising from a spot at the corner of 3500 South and Market Street. It will be an Embassy Suites Hotel and part of the city’s commercially oriented Fairbourne Station project. Private developer West Valley Lodging Initiatives is the developer. Salt Lake Tribune
