Denny’s to open at Flying J plaza in SLC

At 4 p.m. Sunday, a Denny’s restaurant is set to open in Salt Lake City in the Flying J Travel Plaza near the intersection of Interstate 15 and State Road 201, one of 140 locations the chain plans for the travel centers in the next two years. Denny’s also plans to open approximately 50 restaurants over the next several years in Pilot Travel Centers. Salt Lake Tribune
