Utah ski season begins with Brighton opening

Utah's ski season is about to start. Brighton Resort will open for the season on Thursday, making it the first in the state to open its chair lifts to customers. Brighton will open the Majestic and Snake Creek Express chair lifts with limited trail access. Solitude is expected to be the second resort to open, on Friday.
